The two tables below show the number of international students from different resource countries in Canada and the USA in two school years. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Canada:
- Total international student: grew remarkably by 17% to 70.004 in 2003
- China: the highest in both school years, with 5400 (2002) and 7850 (2003) // remarkable rise of 45%
- India: the least in both years // large rise of 39% from 2100 to 2835 students
- America: relatively unchanged at the second position // increase to 5450 students
Hoa Kỳ:
- Total international student: modest rise of 2% // signficaintly higher than Canada // at 592,230 in 2003
- India: the most prevalent // 9% decrease from 200.000 to 182.000 in 2003 // almost double the second (China)
- China: grew slightly from 110.000 to 116.600
- Canada: minor proportion // grow from 31.000 to 33.170

The two tables compare the actual number and the percentage change of overseas students who went to schools in Canada and the US in two school years: 2003 and 2004. In general, the total number of international students experienced a growth in Canada, particularly in terms of Chinese and Indian students, while the corresponding figure for the US saw insignificant changes.
Comparing the total figures for both countries, the number of international students to Canada grew more remarkably by 17% to 70.004 in 2003. Despite a modest rise of 2%, the US’ figure was signficaintly higher, at 592,230 students in 2003.
Of the international students surveyed in Canada, Chinese students made up the highest figures in both school years, with 5400 and 7850 student in 2002 and 2003 respectively, marking a remarkable rise of 45%. Students coming from India, although remaining the least in both years, also saw a large rise of 39% from 2100 to 2835 students in the given years. American students stayed relatively unchanged at the second position, with an increase to 5450 students.
The pattern of students to the US was different. Indian students were by far the most prevalent, despite a small 9% decrease from 200.000 to 182.000 in 2003, the figure was still almost double that of the second most popular international student nationality, the Chinese, which grew slightly from 110.000 to 116.600 students. Lastly, Canadian students made up a minor proportion, growing from 31.000 to 33.170 between the two school years.
