Cách Giải Đề Mix Chart Trong IELTS Writing Task 1

Dạng đề mix chart là dạng đề tương đối phổ biến trong kỳ thi IELTS. IPP đánh giá rằng đây là một dạng đề hay vì dạng đề này sẽ test khả năng sử dụng các ngôn ngữ khác nhau trong IELTS Writing Task 1 của học viên và khả năng bạn xử lý nhiều dạng thông tin cùng lúc. Trong bài viết này, IPP sẽ giới thiệu cách để giải quyết dạng đề Mix Chart này để bạn có thể đặt được số điểm writing cao hơn nhé!

CÁCH GIẢI ĐỀ MIX CHART TRONG IELTS WRITING TASK 1

Trong phần introduction, bạn cần giới thiệu cả hai biểu đồ. Bạn có thể sử dụng cấu trúc while / whereas để nối hai mệnh đề với nhau.

Ví dụ: While the pie chart compares the distribution of dance classes across four locations, the bar chart provides a breakdown of different types of dance classes that Australian children and teenagers participate in. 

Đối với overview, bạn cũng nêu overview cho biểu đồ thứ 1 (câu 1) và overview cho biểu đồ thứ 2 (câu 2).

Ví dụ: Overall, the majority of dance classes are conducted at private studios. It is also apparent that ballet is most preferred by children under 11 whereas modern dance was most popular among the 11-to-16 group.

Để bắt đầu thân bài, bạn cần nêu data separation cho mỗi đoạn. Lưu ý: Bạn không nên dùng “Regarding the pie chart” cho data separation vì nó không mang lại thông tin hữu ích cho người đọc. Sau đó bạn miêu tả mỗi đoạn như khi miêu tả riê ng từng biểu đồ. Tuy nhiên, vì số lượng chữ có hạn, bạn nên chọn thông tin quan trọng & đáng chú ý nhất thôi nhé!

While the pie chart compares the distribution of dance classes across four locations, the bar chart provides a breakdown of different types of dance classes that Australian children and teenagers participate in. Overall, the majority of dance classes are conducted at private studios. It is also apparent that ballet is most preferred by children under 11 whereas modern dance was most popular among the 11-to-16 group.

Regarding the venues of dance classes, nearly a half of dance classes are held at private studios, at 48%, which is double the figure for the second most popular location, school halls, at 24%. In contrast, college-based studios host the lowest proportion of dance classes, at merely 10%, compared to 18% of dance tutorials at community halls and other places.

Concerning the types of dance classes, roughly 600 primary students are joining ballet classes, which is double the number of their older counterparts, at approximately 300 students. Tap classes record the smallest disparity between two age brackets, with around 450 students aged under 11 and 410 students aged 11 to 16. Modern dance is the only type 11-to-16 participants outnumber their younger counterparts, at nearly 520 students and 300 students respectively.
