1. Why is it difficult for some people to relax?

[lead-in] Well, I think there can be various reasons why some people find it difficult to relax. 

[explain] In today’s fast-paced world, many individuals are caught up in demanding jobs, hectic schedules, and the pressures of daily life => have a hard time disconnecting from their responsibilities and allowing themselves to unwind // some people have a tendency to constantly worry or overthink => very hard for them to switch off their minds and find inner peace

=> It’s also worth mentioning that everyone has different personalities and coping mechanisms, so what works for one person may not work for another when it comes to relaxation.

6. Which is more important, mental relaxation or physical relaxation?

[lead-in] Well, I think both mental and physical relaxation are equally important, and they often go hand in hand
