Looking back, I realize that the game taught me important life skills, like problem-solving, communication and teamwork. But at the time, all I knew was that I was having the time of my life.

[Explain] These breaks allow our minds to rest and recharge, enhancing focus and concentration when we return to our tasks. Research has shown that taking short breaks improves cognitive function and prevents burnout. It also helps reduce stress levels, boosts creativity, and improves problem-solving abilities. So, rather than perceiving breaks as unproductive time, we should recognize their importance in optimizing our performance and ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

From extreme activities like base jumping to unconventional sports like underwater hockey, exotic sports offer a break from the ordinary and an opportunity to embrace new experiences. It's no wonder people are drawn to the excitement they bring.

Furthermore, Vietnamese culture places importance on leisure activities such as socializing with friends, practicing hobbies, and enjoying nature. This holistic approach enables people in Vietnam to maintain a healthy work-life balance effortlessly.

They also enjoy participating in sports, attending extracurricular activities, and spending time with friends. Adults have a variety of interests and pastimes as well. They may engage in hobbies like reading, cooking, gardening, or pursuing creative endeavors such as painting or writing. Additionally, adults often spend time on social media platforms, streaming movies or TV shows online for leisure and relaxation.

[Explain] The reason behind this lies in the growing awareness of the significance of a balanced lifestyle. People now prioritize self-care and rejuvenation as integral parts of their daily routines. Additionally, advancements in technology have led to increased efficiency, giving individuals more free time to engage in activities they enjoy. Thus, it is evident that despite busy lives, both children and adults are able to carve out valuable moments for leisure.
