1. What is your favorite festival or celebration?

I’d say my favorite festival is probably New Year’s Eve. I just love the whole vibe of it, you know? Everyone’s out celebrating, there’s music, fireworks, and it’s like a big party everywhere. Plus, it feels good to start fresh with new goals and all that. I usually spend it with my family or friends, and we stay up late, have a good meal, and just enjoy the night.

2. How do people celebrate this festival in your country?

Well, in my country, people go all out for New Year’s Eve. You see fireworks pretty much everywhere at midnight, and there are tons of parties and events happening in the city centers. Some people like to have big family gatherings and cook special dishes, while others prefer to go out and celebrate with friends at clubs or bars. It’s pretty loud and crazy, but that’s what makes it fun!

3. Do you think celebrations and festivals are important for society? Why or why not?

Yeah, I think they are important. Festivals bring people together, and it’s a nice way to take a break from everyday life and have some fun. They also help us stay connected to our culture and traditions, especially in a world where things are changing so fast. Plus, it’s just a great excuse to hang out with friends and family, isn’t it?

4. Do you think festivals and celebrations represent a nation’s identity?

For sure! I mean, every country has its own unique festivals that show off its culture, history, and what they value. Like, when you think of Brazil, you think of Carnival, or when you think of India, you think of Diwali. These festivals tell a lot about a place and its people. So, yeah, I think they’re a big part of a nation’s identity and help others understand what a country is all about.
