[why] What I love about Reddit is that it’s a “hub” for all sorts of interests and topics. From politics to sports, from art to science, there’s something for everyone on this site. It’s like a “one-stop-shop” for information and entertainment.
Not only is Reddit a great source of information, but it’s also a platform for “thinking outside the box.” It encourages users to share their ideas and engage in discussions with people from all over the world. As the saying goes, “two heads are better than one,” and Reddit is a perfect example of this.

1. What are the most popular and least popular apps in VietNam?
As far as the most popular apps in Vietnam, I would say that social media apps like Facebook and Instagram are at the top of the list. Other popular apps include messaging apps like Zalo and Viber, as well as ride-sharing apps like Grab and GoViet. As for the least popular apps, it’s hard to say for certain, but I would guess that productivity and organizational apps might not be as widely used. As the saying goes, “different strokes for different folks,” and everyone has their own preferences when it comes to apps.
- at the top of the list: đứng đầu danh sách
- ride-sharing apps: ứng dụng chia sẻ xe
- “different strokes for different folks”: mỗi người mỗi ý
2. What’s the difference between the internet and television?
In my opinion, the main difference between the internet and television is the level of interactivity and customization. With the internet, users can choose what they want to see and when they want to see it, whereas television programming is more limited and predetermined. Additionally, the internet allows for more two-way communication and engagement, whereas television is largely a one-way medium. As the saying goes, “the world is your oyster,” and the internet provides a vast and customizable landscape for users to explore.
- more two-way communication: giao tiếp hai chiều
- a one-way medium: phương tiện một chiều
- “the world is your oyster”: ai đó có nhiều cơ hội ngay trước mắt
3. Why do people like to read the news on the Internet instead of getting it from TV?
From my perspective, people prefer to read news on the internet for a number of reasons. Firstly, the internet provides a wider range of news sources, allowing people to access a variety of perspectives and opinions. Secondly, the internet allows for more personalized news consumption, as users can choose what they want to read and when they want to read it. Finally, the internet provides access to breaking news in real-time, whereas television news is often delayed. As the saying goes, “knowledge is power,” and the internet provides a powerful tool for accessing and consuming news.

4. Is the library still necessary? Why?
In my opinion, the library is still necessary despite the availability of digital resources. Libraries offer a physical space for people to study, research, and discover new information. Additionally, libraries often have unique resources that are not available online, such as rare books and manuscripts. Finally, libraries serve as community hubs, offering programs and events that bring people together. As the saying goes, “the grass is always greener on the other side,” and while digital resources are valuable, the library offers a unique and important resource for individuals and communities.
- “the grass is always greener on the other side”: cỏ bên kia luôn xanh hơn => “đứng núi này trông núi nọ”
5. What kinds of people would still go to the library to read and study?
In my view, there are a variety of people who still go to the library to read and study. Firstly, students and researchers often use the library as a space to access resources and study in a quiet environment. Secondly, avid readers may prefer the physical experience of browsing books and discovering new titles at the library. Finally, older adults may appreciate the social aspect of the library, as it provides an opportunity to connect with others and participate in community events. As the saying goes, “there’s something for everyone,” and the library offers a valuable resource for a diverse range of individuals.
- avid readers: người ham đọc
5. What are the differences between old people and young people when they use the Internet?
In my opinion, there are several differences between how old and young people use the internet. Younger people tend to be more tech-savvy and fluent in navigating digital platforms, while older people may require more assistance or training. Additionally, younger people are more likely to use the internet for social networking and entertainment, while older people may use it for practical purposes such as online shopping or accessing information. As the saying goes, “age is just a number,” and while there are differences in how different generations use the internet, both can benefit from its many resources and opportunities.
